Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping box. * Original Condition: All products must be returned in their original packaging and complete condition.
Non-Returnable Items: * Clearance or final sale items (unless defective). * Underwear, socks, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless unopened and sealed). * Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
